Our History

Our History

Established in 2008, EWC was the first Tribal methadone clinic in the United States. We continue to serve both Native and non-Native clients with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Supporting Progress in Treatment

To help each client receive the right level of care, EWC monitors several areas throughout treatment, including:

  • Participation in treatment and ongoing engagement
  • Progress through each phase of care
  • Response to challenges or setbacks
  • Movement toward personal treatment goals
  • Readiness for program completion and continued recovery
